- 3.a So as to be supported by the general dynamics of Nuit Debout, the aforementiond instance [??? nothing "aforementioned"] would benefit from making itself known the Welcome Commission so as to be listed on the NuitDebout.fr web site. Only those recognized by the commissions are declared.
- 3.b Each commission should nominate at least one moderator and one reporter.
- 3.c The moderators have the role of organizing ahd FACILITATING meetings.
- 3.d The role of reporters consists in taking note of exchanges undertaken by her/his commission and making a detailed report available on line.
- 3.e It is OBLIGATORY that the moderator and the reporter be two different people.
